Optimhire is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a growing Product Company. The role is suitable for an HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, developing hiring strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, overseeing employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. The role also includes driving performance management, goal setting, employee development programs, managing HR operations, HRMS, attendance, leave management, employee records, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for organizing learning and development programs, leadership initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and handling employee relations to support business growth.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, HRMS platforms, and recruitment tools is required. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Preferred industry experience includes D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Media, Consumer Brands, Fashion, or Startup environments.
