Job Description
Tundra Technical Solutions is hiring a Delivery Partner for its Gurgaon office. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in the US Staffing Industry who can manage end-to-end recruitment delivery in a fast-paced MSP and VMS environment. The role follows the US shift and immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
The Delivery Partner will manage the complete requisition fulfillment process through VMS, create requisitions and conduct market analysis when required, partner with hiring managers to understand and qualify hiring requirements, coordinate with approved staffing suppliers and distribute requisitions for timely fulfillment, drive supplier performance while ensuring compliance with program requirements, manage interactions between candidates, staffing suppliers, and hiring managers, screen candidates, review submissions, shortlist suitable profiles, negotiate offers, and ensure timely hiring while maintaining high customer service and delivery standards.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of experience in the US Staffing market. Experience in staffing operations, HR, recruitment, MSP, or VMS environments is preferred. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service, administrative, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive attitude.
