Job Description:
Allegis Global Solutions India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager to lead manufacturing hiring within an RPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and large-scale hiring across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and industrial business functions.
• Lead Blue-Collar, Volume Hiring, IDL (Indirect Labor), and Non-IDL recruitment initiatives.
• Hire for Plant Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to support workforce planning.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely recruitment delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong expertise in Blue-Collar and Volume Hiring.
• Experience hiring for IDL/Non-IDL roles across Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, FMCG, Chemicals, Engineering, and Plant Operations sectors.
• Proven stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
• Hands-on experience in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
• Experience in RPO, Staffing, or Corporate Talent Acquisition environment is preferred.
