We're Hiring | Technical Recruiter (US IT Recruitment) Position: Technical Recruiter – US IT Recruitment Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram Work Mode: Onsite Experience: Freshers to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Apolis Rises India Private Limited is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for enthusiastic Technical Recruiters with experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of the US staffing process, and experience recruiting technology professionals across various domains. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technology requirements. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS, VMS, and other recruitment platforms. • Perform candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and profile submissions. • Handle C2C and W2 hiring requirements. • Apply Boolean search techniques to identify qualified technology professionals. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely recruitment closures. • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Eligibility Criteria: • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Up to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. • Experience with C2C and W2 hiring is preferred. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS, and VMS. • Strong expertise in Boolean search, candidate sourcing, screening, and profile submissions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
