Jobzshala is hiring an HR Recruiter for GCC Hiring at its Koramangala, Bangalore location. The role requires a recruitment professional with experience in GCC Recruitment who can manage candidate verification, screening, interview coordination, documentation, and complete hiring lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify candidate details and support profile completion.
Conduct telephonic interviews, assess candidate skills, and match candidates with GCC job opportunities.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure interview attendance.
Coordinate offer processes, collect required documents, and guide candidates.
Update candidate statuses in CRM or ATS and track the complete hiring lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience with minimum 6 months of GCC Recruitment experience mandatory. Candidates should be any graduates with fluent speaking skills in Malayalam or Tamil.
