WebConvoy Private Limited is hiring an IT Recruiter for its Noida office. WebConvoy is an IT services and staffing company specializing in software development, Artificial Intelligence solutions, cloud technologies, digital transformation and IT staffing. The company helps organizations build high-performing technology teams while delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across multiple industries.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Shine, Indeed, social media platforms and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews, scheduling technical interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, building strong talent pipelines, posting job openings across multiple job portals, negotiating salaries, preparing offer letters, following up with candidates until successful joining and maintaining recruitment reports, Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases. The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs and recruitment drives.
Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing with hands-on experience using Naukri, Foundit, Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, headhunting and Boolean search techniques is required. Applicants should have a good understanding of technologies including Java, MERN, React.js, Node.js, Flutter, Android, iOS, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Engineering. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, multitasking abilities and proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Experience in an IT services company or staffing consultancy will be an added advantage.
