The role includes monitoring employee attendance, leave records and time management, coordinating monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts and Finance team, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus and Labour Laws, managing employee joining, induction, confirmation and exit formalities, coordinating full and final settlements, conducting exit interviews and supporting performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.

Candidates should possess a Graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification with 2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, HRMS or ERP software and Microsoft Office is required. The ability to implement HR automation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Gurugram.

GNA Energy is hiring a Junior Executive – Human Resources & Administration for its Gurugram office. The company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations. This role offers excellent exposure across the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office administration and employee support in a dynamic work environment.

The selected candidate will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication and interview coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, HR databases and personnel files with complete accuracy and confidentiality, preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and experience letters, supporting attendance management, leave administration, payroll inputs, reimbursement tracking and statutory documentation. The role also involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training programs, wellness activities, supporting performance management and probation review processes, completing joining and exit formalities, handling employee queries and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures.

The administrative responsibilities include managing day-to-day office administration, coordinating with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance and facility management, maintaining inventory of office assets, stationery and consumables, arranging employee travel and accommodation, coordinating courier services, office correspondence, meeting arrangements, conference room bookings and office events. The candidate will also maintain records of office assets and vendor agreements while ensuring workplace cleanliness, safety and availability of office resources.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills are required along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. A positive attitude, attention to detail, ownership, accountability and a basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance will be an advantage.
