The roles involve handling end-to-end HR activities in a manufacturing setup, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and general plant administration coordination. Candidates with manufacturing or plant HR experience and knowledge of local language will be preferred.
