The role is focused on managing complete HR lifecycle activities for construction workforce including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and site coordination. The HR Executive will support field teams and ensure smooth HR operations across project locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for construction workforce and office staff
- Managing onboarding and induction process
- Handling HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Coordinating site workforce and attendance tracking
- Supporting payroll inputs and documentation
- Assisting in statutory compliance and HR audits
- Managing employee engagement activities
- Handling grievance management and exit formalities
- Coordinating with project/site managers for manpower requirements
