I am looking to connect with experienced Learning & Development professionals who are passionate about designing impactful learning solutions and partnering with organizations to build future-ready capabilities. If you have the expertise to consult with clients, design customized learning interventions, and deliver engaging learning experiences, I would be happy to hear from you. Key Responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying capability gaps. You will design customized learning journeys and instructional content. You will also deliver high-impact behavioural, leadership, sales, and soft skills training. Additionally you will develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and learning resources. You will partner with clients to build capability development strategies and learning roadmaps. Measuring learning effectiveness using established L&D frameworks and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design and delivery are also key aspects of this role. We are looking for professionals with experience in Corporate Training Delivery, Learning Consulting, Instructional Design, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning Journey Design, Learning Effectiveness and Evaluation, Stakeholder Management, Behavioural and Sales Training, and AI-enabled Learning Solutions. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva, and Articulate Storyline or Rise will be an added advantage. This role is best suited for professionals who enjoy solving business challenges through learning, working closely with corporate clients, designing customized learning solutions, and continuously exploring new approaches to capability development.
