Job Description
NetMCorp is hiring a Senior HR Executive for its Bengaluru office. Information Technology and Services company. The role is responsible for managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Policy Implementation, Compliance, and HR Administration. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, induction programs, employee records, HR databases, attendance management, leave management, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee engagement initiatives, welfare and retention programs, employee queries, HR reports, dashboards, management MIS reports, HR policy implementation, performance management, and employee development activities. Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles with strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, attendance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, MS Office, and HRMS tools. Experience in IT Services, Technology, Staffing, or EdTech organizations is preferred along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
