This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, employer branding, onboarding and HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources. The selected intern will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels, screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, post job openings across job portals and social media platforms, maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and HR records, support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, assist with onboarding documentation and employee joining formalities and support day-to-day HR operations, administrative tasks and other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities, a basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes and proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset are essential. Internship or project experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals, basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and understanding of social media recruitment and employer branding will be an added advantage. The internship offers a monthly stipend of ā¹12,000, exposure to complete end-to-end recruitment, the opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals, a collaborative learning-focused and growth-oriented work environment, an Internship Certificate upon successful completion, a Letter of Recommendation based on performance and the possibility of full-time employment based on performance. The company specializes in AI consulting and technology services with a team size of approximately 51 to 200 employees.
