Mariinox Private Limited is hiring an HR Manager for its Delhi NCR team. The company is looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage multiple HR functions. Immediate joiners will be preferred. The role offers a CTC of up to ₹5.5 LPA with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹35,000 per month.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding, induction and documentation, attendance, leave and payroll coordination, managing attendance, leave management and employee records through KEKA HRMS, maintaining employee files, HR MIS and statutory compliance, handling employee engagement and grievance resolution, preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, HR letters and exit documentation, managing performance and the complete employee lifecycle, coordinating with management on HR policies and organizational development and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field with MBA in HR preferred. Candidates must have 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience along with mandatory hands-on experience using KEKA Attendance and HRMS Software. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, HR operations, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
