Palis Eco Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive for its Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore office. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 1.5 to 2 years of HR experience who are passionate about Human Resources and employee management. The company offers an opportunity to work in the fast-growing Electric Vehicle industry with professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management and HR documentation, coordinating employee induction and orientation programs, supporting payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities, handling employee grievances and HR-related queries, preparing HR letters, policies, reports and other documentation, assisting in performance management and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training programs, maintaining training records and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of payroll, labour laws and statutory compliance, excellent organizational and documentation skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and strong problem-solving and time management skills. Candidates should have an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources, BBA, B.Com or be a graduate with relevant HR experience.
