Hiring Wings Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager for its client based in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating joining formalities, documentation, and induction, handling employee onboarding, exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews, maintaining HR operations, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation, coordinating payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities, driving performance appraisal processes and review cycles, implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures, planning employee engagement and retention initiatives, resolving employee queries, fostering a positive workplace culture, and preparing HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Executive. Experience in Collection Agencies, Recovery Agencies, NBFCs, or Banks will be preferred. Strong experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, MS Office, HRMS tools, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities is required.
