Job Description
LIXIL India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP), LWT, India for its Gurugram office. LIXIL is a global leader in water and housing products, operating across the IMEA region. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to support business growth by delivering strategic and operational HR solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IMEA HR KPIs. The role champions employee engagement, performance excellence, and positive employee relations while providing responsive HR support to leaders and employees. Responsibilities include managing operational HR activities, conducting regular meetings with business stakeholders to understand business needs and people challenges, initiating and supporting improvements to HR policies, processes, and practices, training and advising line managers on regional HR process updates, managing the recruitment process with recruitment partners and hiring managers, coordinating compensation matters with the Total Rewards team, supporting performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives, coaching managers and employees on performance management processes, tracking employee performance against goals and KPIs, supporting organizational change management projects, executing organizational structure changes, reward initiatives, and people-related projects, collaborating with Total Rewards and Finance teams to ensure timely payroll processing, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS. Candidates should be seasoned HR professionals with HRBP experience across multiple HR functional areas, possess excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, demonstrate the ability to influence senior leaders, be strong team players capable of driving innovative HR solutions, and preferably hold an MBA or equivalent qualification in HR or Business Management.
