Syntax is hiring a People Operations Coordinator for its Hyderabad office. Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications and has been delivering technology solutions since 1972. The company specializes in Oracle, SAP, AWS, Microsoft, IBM, and hybrid cloud solutions while serving global enterprises across multiple industries. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR technology, and global people operations by working closely with international teams.
The People Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding while ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Responsibilities include managing new hire onboarding, document collection, HR system updates, equipment coordination, and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
The role includes overseeing offboarding activities such as equipment recovery, system access revocation, compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR systems, and maintaining accurate employee documentation. Maintain employee records in HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and process employee data changes including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related employee queries, benefits administration, performance review support, promotions, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle events. Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, salary revisions, HR documentation, and compliance with Indian labor laws and internal company policies.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Digital Workplace, Security, Global Risk & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to support operational requirements and deliver an excellent employee experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global time zones. Experience in a global work environment, international HR practices, and internal communications will be an added advantage.
