Vir Innovations is hiring a Recruiting Intern – Technical Recruitment, Niche Hiring for its Hyderabad office. This is an onsite, full-time Recruiter Development Program designed for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are passionate about building a career in technical recruitment. The 12-month program consists of two phases. Phase 1 is Recruiter Intern for the first 6 months with a monthly stipend of ₹14,800. Phase 2 is Recruiter Trainee for the next 6 months with a monthly stipend of ₹18,000. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates may receive a full-time Recruiter position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 based on performance and business requirements. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, resume screening, HR interviews, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, recruitment documentation, and stakeholder management. The role involves hiring for highly specialized engineering positions including Mechanical Design Engineers, Electronics Hardware Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Software Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, ROS Developers, Firmware Engineers, and Manufacturing & Production Engineers supporting Defence Technology, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems, Training Simulators, Electro-Optical Systems, and Defence Electronics projects. Candidates should be proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed Employer, employee referrals, professional communities, job portals, and social media platforms while maintaining recruitment trackers, interview reports, and candidate pipelines. Applicants should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets. Candidates must have completed their academic program, should not be pursuing full-time education, should carry their own laptop, and immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
