Zapcom Group Inc. is hiring an HR Leader for its Hyderabad or Bangalore office. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced HR professional who will work closely with the CHRO and business leaders to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across India and global teams. The selected candidate will support talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, learning and development, compensation support, and employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers for engineering, product, sales, and corporate hiring, supporting workforce planning, coordinating interviews and offer management, contributing to employer branding, partnering with business managers on people priorities, supporting organizational design, internal movements, employee retention, annual performance appraisal cycles, promotion and merit discussions, compensation benchmarking, learning and development programs, leadership and behavioral training, employee engagement activities, pulse surveys, HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, employee documentation, HRMS data management, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, HR dashboards, people analytics, HR process automation, employee lifecycle management, grievance handling, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and strengthening workplace culture. Candidates should possess 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services, Technology, GCC, or MNC environments, with strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compensation, Payroll Inputs, HR Systems, Compliance, Stakeholder Management, HR Analytics, and employee engagement. Experience supporting global or multi-location teams, strong Microsoft Excel and HRMS skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership are essential. An MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
