Job Description
Alchemy Techsol India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in ANZ or Asia Payroll for an opportunity in Bangalore. The role will support end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring statutory compliance and payroll accuracy.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for ANZ or Asia Payroll.
Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory and payroll regulations.
Validate payroll reports and perform variance analysis.
Handle payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracy.
Create, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and payroll documentation.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ANZ Payroll or Asia Payroll, Payroll Operations, Payroll Validation and Reconciliation, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Reporting and Variance Analysis.
The role requires experience in employee query resolution, SOP creation and documentation.
The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, Word and PowerPoint along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Candidates should be graduates with a B.Com or any degree with an Accounting background and have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ANZ or Asia Payroll.
Experience with Payroll ERP or HCM systems including SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP and SuccessFactors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll audits and compliance along with experience working in shared services or global payroll environments is preferred.
