Responsibilities include collaborating closely with senior management and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs, developing a deep understanding of the business units' operations, objectives, and strategic direction to align HR strategies and initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making processes related to human capital management, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts ensuring timely and fair resolution, and promoting a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
