Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Hyderabad Plant operations. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to Plant Leadership, driving people strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and ensuring industrial harmony. Key responsibilities include partnering with Plant Head and stakeholders on HR strategy and workforce planning, driving manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution, executing performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, monitoring attrition, productivity metrics and HR analytics, ensuring statutory compliance and coordinating with IR/legal teams, driving employee engagement and positive work culture, and handling disciplinary processes and maintaining industrial harmony.
