Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and HR-related operations of the office. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office administration and supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, personal files, and updating leave data in the biometric system, coordinating leave applications, exit interviews, and employee reimbursements, acting as the point of contact for office-related queries and conflicts, supervising administrative staff and coordinating with the HR department, handling vendor management, office supplies, housekeeping, courier and dispatch, maintaining asset records, AMCs, utility payments, and office infrastructure, and coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and local transport.
