Job Description
Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Bengaluru office in a data-driven and governance-focused HR model. Act as an HR Business Partner aligning workforce planning with business and delivery requirements. Manage talent acquisition and vendor governance across lateral, campus, and contract hiring. Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements. Drive performance management processes including appraisals, calibration, 9-box talent mapping, and PIP implementation. Manage learning and certification programs including Oracle, Manhattan, and Karolium certifications. Ensure compliance with labour laws, POSH guidelines, contract workforce regulations, and audit readiness. Deliver HR analytics and dashboards covering headcount, utilization, attrition, and leadership reporting.
