Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment such as sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding follow-ups, posting jobs on various platforms and managing workflows through ATS, maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment status and market trends, building consultative relationships with hiring managers, managing recruitment agencies and third-party vendors, using Boolean search and professional networks for sourcing, maintaining talent pools of passive candidates, ensuring ATS data accuracy, implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
