Vivaldis Health & Food Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager HR / HR Manager based in Pune (NIBM). The role requires 5–10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This is a mid-level position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection in coordination with department heads to ensure timely hiring. The role includes handling onboarding processes and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and leave records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate tracking. The candidate will also be responsible for payroll management including salary processing and statutory compliance such as PF and ESI, addressing payroll queries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Additional responsibilities include HR compliance with labour laws, maintaining employee records and HR databases, preparing HR reports, managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations, monitoring vendor performance, and handling administrative activities such as office coordination, supplies, facility management, and HR events. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, HR software proficiency, MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Immediate or short notice joiners (within 1 month) are preferred.
