Job Description
We are hiring Communication Faculty / Trainer (Talent Development) professionals who are passionate about communication training, coaching professionals, and developing workplace communication excellence. The role focuses on enhancing communication skills of business associates through engaging learning programs and workshops.
Preferred Locations Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Indore.
The selected candidate will conduct communication training sessions for business associates, facilitate 2-hour training workshops daily as part of the Faculty Secondment Program, and deliver consecutive training batches spanning 5–7 days. Responsibilities include supporting pre-program and post-program assessments, designing, developing and evaluating communication learning programs, creating engaging training content, learning materials and assessments, and collaborating closely with the Talent Development team to drive learning initiatives.
The role also involves assessing participants using rubric-based evaluation methodologies and promoting continuous improvement in communication and professional development programs.
Candidates should possess excellent presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, training and facilitation expertise, curriculum development experience, learning and development knowledge, workshop management capabilities, assessment and evaluation techniques, stakeholder collaboration skills, and coaching and mentoring abilities.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and talent development, capable of engaging diverse learner groups, have strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities, be able to design impactful communication learning experiences, and be self-driven, organized and outcome-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria include Postgraduate in English, B.Ed. or M.Ed. in English preferred, CEFR Certification or Certification in Literature preferred, minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Communication Skills (L2/C1/E2), and working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
