Bacardi is hiring for the role of Senior HR Manager, Supply Chain, AMEA & GTR. As a member of the AMEA Supply Chain Leadership Team, the selected candidate will lead the people agenda across AMEA and Global Travel Retail Supply Chain, partnering with senior leaders to build a high-performing and future-fit organization. The role is accountable for driving the people strategy across Talent, Culture, Leadership, and Capability while ensuring the successful execution of strategy and AMEA Dare to GROW priorities.
The position serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing key decisions, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding a performance-driven, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture that delivers sustainable business outcomes. Although based in Gurgaon, the role supports stakeholders across multiple locations, primarily India and Russia, and requires travel to stay connected with stakeholders. The role has strong alignment with extended HR networks across the Global Supply Chain, AMEA, and the wider business.
Key responsibilities include providing coaching and counsel to the Regional VP Supply Chain AMEA & GTR and the AMEA Supply Chain Leadership Team on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, staffing, compensation, conflict resolution, performance management, talent development, and succession planning. The role acts as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters for Supply Chain leadership teams and leads key HR initiatives and change programs while ensuring high-quality application of HR services, policies, and programs.
The candidate will deliver and embed the Global Talent Strategy to ensure the best talent occupies key roles. Responsibilities include conducting Talent Review processes, building succession pipelines for critical roles, supporting managers in creating development plans for high-potential employees, coaching managers on talent methodologies, recruiting high-quality candidates, coordinating with contracting agencies, and implementing programs such as Belonging @ Bacardi and Talent Exchanges.
Culture and engagement responsibilities include embedding leadership behaviors, strengthening performance management, driving engagement, wellbeing and recognition programs, monitoring employee engagement, and communicating progress effectively. The role also supports business capability building through targeted training and development programs, performance management processes, and functional and technical training for Supply Chain teams.
The position is responsible for supporting organizational design changes aligned with talent strategy, managing people-related investments and costs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing complex employee relations issues, partnering with legal teams when required, and maintaining HR systems including Workday while providing analytics and reports.
Employee relationship responsibilities include building a deep understanding of employee motivators, creating an enabling work environment to maximize performance, managing labor and union relations, and directly leading and developing the local Operations HR function in India.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive HR leadership experience in complex matrix organizations, strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, expertise across the full HR function, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
