Job Description
JLL Global Business Services (JBS) operates across strategic delivery centers in India, Manila, Dalian, Warsaw and Costa Rica, supporting JLL’s global business lines and corporate functions. The Director, Global HR Consultant Lead is responsible for leading the HR Consultant execution pool, managing people, driving operational excellence and ensuring successful delivery of HR programs at scale. This role acts as both a people leader and operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the consultant pool while supporting strategic HR initiatives across global locations. Responsibilities include directly managing HR Consultants, conducting performance reviews, coaching and developing team members, building growth plans, managing workforce planning and onboarding, and creating a high-performance team culture. The role serves as the central intake point for HRBP requests, triaging work, assigning consultants based on workload and expertise, managing sprint planning and team priorities, monitoring capacity and escalating resource requirements when necessary. The position partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on key HR programs including performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews and employee engagement surveys. Additional responsibilities include handling escalated employee relations cases, supporting organizational design and restructuring initiatives, managing compensation and promotion cycles, coaching managers on HR matters, driving employee engagement and cultural programs, overseeing quality assurance and audit readiness, and continuously improving HR operating models, processes, templates and governance standards. The role requires extensive experience managing global teams, leading transformational programs, supporting large-scale HR initiatives and driving change management across complex organizations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional people leadership skills, operational excellence, strong HR judgment, project management expertise, technology adoption capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
