Hiring: Business HR (BHR)
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3–7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per Month
Just Job Consultancy is hiring for the position of Business HR (BHR). This role offers an opportunity to work closely with business teams, drive people initiatives, and manage end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and operational requirements.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and exit processes.
• Handle employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance resolution activities.
• Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processes and support talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate manpower planning and support recruitment and hiring activities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain HRMIS, attendance records, leave management, and employee databases.
• Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning and organizational development activities.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Business HR and HR Generalist functions.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of HRMIS, attendance management, and employee record maintenance.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and HR policies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and employees.
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Business HR, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
