The People & Culture Specialist will independently drive employee engagement, workplace culture, employer branding, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives across the organization. The role includes owning and executing the employee engagement calendar with celebrations, team-building activities, and company-wide events. You will drive employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
The position requires managing internal communications including newsletters, announcements, leadership updates, and engagement campaigns. You will partner with teams to enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture while planning and executing wellness, learning, and community-building initiatives.
You will support employer branding through employee stories, culture content, and social media campaigns. The role also involves gathering employee feedback through surveys and engagement initiatives, implementing action plans, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets for engagement programs, tracking engagement metrics, and providing leadership with insights on participation, employee sentiment, and program effectiveness. You will also support key HR initiatives related to the employee lifecycle, retention, and workplace experience.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, People & Culture, HRBP, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding roles. Proven experience in planning and executing engagement initiatives, excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment are essential. Experience in a small company or startup environment will be an added advantage.
