Job Description
Helius Technologies is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruitment with a strong focus on hiring for the Malaysia market. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring requirements, developing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms, evaluating candidates through resume screening and technical assessments, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases, building and managing strong talent pipelines, and staying updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and recruitment strategies. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT recruitment within an in-house Talent Acquisition team or recruitment agency, hands-on experience hiring for the Malaysia market, knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations, visa categories, and hiring compliance, strong understanding of IT technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies, experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Bullhorn, Ceipal, Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruitment CRM platforms, excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
