Job Description
Golden Ikon Fleet Management Private Limited is hiring a Training Manager for its Facility Management division. The selected candidate will conduct induction, onboarding, and refresher training for housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules on housekeeping SOPs, customer service, workplace discipline, safe handling and application of housekeeping chemicals, PPE usage, workplace safety, hygiene standards, and housekeeping equipment. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and performance reviews, maintaining training records, attendance, compliance documentation and reports, collaborating with Operations and HR teams to identify training needs, driving continuous skill development, and developing professional training presentations, manuals, SOPs, and learning materials. Candidates should have strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, chemicals, machinery, safety practices, and experience training housekeeping teams in corporate, commercial, hospitality, or facility management environments. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel are required. Only candidates with a Facility Management background will be considered. Transportation and Fleet Management Services. Company size 201–500 employees.
