Job Description
Ashwakala Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Hyderabad office. The role is suitable for a motivated recruitment professional with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring who is passionate about talent acquisition and building strong candidate pipelines. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's hiring requirements by managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networking, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. The recruiter will screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves negotiating compensation packages, managing offer rollouts, maintaining regular communication with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment databases, effectively managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring all recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines and company policies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of recruitment experience with good knowledge of both IT and Non-IT hiring. Strong communication, interpersonal, convincing, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with salary negotiations, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously will be an added advantage. The candidate should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.
