We're Hiring | Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead learning strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Location: Pune
Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) / Co-operative Sector
Experience: 6-10 Years
Qualification:
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
ā¢ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and design competency-based learning interventions.
ā¢ Create and manage learning programs for onboarding, functional, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training.
ā¢ Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee capability-building initiatives.
ā¢ Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external training partners to deliver impactful learning solutions.
ā¢ Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and promote digital learning initiatives.
ā¢ Measure training effectiveness through learning analytics, feedback, and business impact metrics.
ā¢ Build a high-performance learning culture through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional design.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
ā¢ Experience in leadership development, competency mapping, and performance improvement initiatives.
ā¢ Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Strong analytical abilities with experience in measuring learning effectiveness and ROI.
ā¢ Passion for developing people and driving organizational capability.
