Job Description
VDart is hiring an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist / Total Rewards Professional to join its global HR team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for HR professionals with expertise in Compensation Administration, Benefits Management, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, and HRMS platforms. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end compensation and benefits operations while driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, supporting global stakeholders, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The role follows the US Shift and includes a two-way cab facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Compensation and Benefits operations, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
• Administer employee compensation, benefits, incentives, and total rewards programs in accordance with company policies.
• Analyze HR operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management insights.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience and improve HR service delivery.
• Handle HR operations, compliance activities, audits, and shared services processes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials.
• Mentor team members, provide functional guidance, and support performance management initiatives.
• Resolve operational escalations while ensuring service quality and process efficiency.
• Support HR systems and maintain accurate employee records across HRMS platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Compensation Administration and Benefits Administration.
• Good understanding of Total Rewards programs and HR Operations.
• Experience working in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or similar HRMS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and operational reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, audits, and service delivery best practices.
Preferred Candidate
• Professionals with experience in Shared Services, HR Outsourcing, or Global HR Operations.
• Candidates with Workday experience will be preferred.
• HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Individuals who can work effectively in the US Shift and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
