Job Description
Axion Health is hiring for an HR Head on behalf of a large FMCG company with multi-plant operations across India and IT operations overseas. The organization has a workforce of over 4000 employees and is growing by more than 30% annually. The HR Head will report directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors and will be responsible for leading the overall HR function across manufacturing plants and international IT operations. The role includes formulating, implementing, and monitoring HR policies while ensuring compliance with Indian and overseas employment laws. Responsibilities include labour law compliance, Factories Act, POSH, PF, ESI, Contract Labour compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, union management, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate with plant HR teams, IT leadership, and business heads across multiple locations. Frequent travel across India and overseas plants and offices is required. Candidates should have at least 12 years of HR experience including 3 to 4 years in an HR Head or Senior HRBP role with well-established multinational organizations operating in multicultural environments. Experience in FMCG multi-location manufacturing plants is preferred. Exposure to international HR and IT operations is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, global HR practices, stakeholder management, communication skills, remuneration strategy, organizational development, and transparent policy implementation is essential.
