Job Description
We are hiring an HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations at our Mumbai Wadala location. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to identify manpower needs, maintaining manpower requisition tracker, and ensuring approvals as per organizational hierarchy before initiating hiring. The role also involves sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri and Indeed, conducting campus recruitment from ITI, Diploma and Engineering colleges, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and employee referrals, and building a strong pipeline for blue-collar and white-collar roles. The candidate will screen resumes as per job requirements, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess basic technical skills, manufacturing experience, stability and attitude. Additional responsibilities include scheduling interviews with department heads, coordinating practical tests for machine operations, AutoCAD and Inventor, maintaining interview feedback records, preparing and releasing offer letters post approval, handling salary negotiations within budget, ensuring completion of pre-employment documentation, managing joining formalities, ensuring all required documents are submitted, and supporting the induction process with HR and Admin.
