Job Description
Braincranx is urgently hiring for the position of Senior Learning Coordinator for its Delhi location. The company is looking for an experienced professional with expertise in learning operations, coordination, training administration, stakeholder management, and learning program support within a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and learning activities across multiple business units, managing logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs, maintaining accurate records within LMS and internal systems, and supporting deployment of learning initiatives across assigned Operating Center clusters.
The role also involves supporting execution of learning and development plans aligned with business needs, tracking participation and effectiveness of training programs, preparing reports and learning metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, coordinating with external learning providers and universities, monitoring vendor performance, and collaborating with People & Culture teams and project stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include promoting learning opportunities across the organization, supporting internal communication campaigns related to learning programs, guiding employees and managers on learning resources, monitoring training budgets, supporting grant or funding applications, and identifying process improvement opportunities within learning operations.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related fields along with experience in learning coordination, HR operations, or L&D program support. Preferred candidates should have experience working in global or matrix organizations, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), vendor management exposure, and the ability to work in flexible 24*7 shift timings.
