Job Description
EXL is hiring for the position of Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) based in Noida. The HRBP performs specialized human resources work focused on consulting with business leaders to effectively execute the people agenda in line with business plans, people strategy, and client commitments. Key accountabilities include driving workforce and manpower planning in close collaboration with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely ramp-ups, backfills, and staffing stability. The professional will drive end-to-end performance management execution, including goal alignment, annual performance reviews, rating governance, and bottom quartile management. Responsibilities also involve managing employee grievances, conducting disciplinary investigations, handling escalations, and maintaining thorough documentation in adherence to company policies. The HRBP will analyze attrition patterns, absenteeism trends, and early-warning indicators to design and deploy targeted retention and corrective interventions at the process level. In addition, the role entails coaching and guiding frontline managers on performance dialogues, employee relations handling, attendance discipline, and policy interpretation. The candidate will champion employee engagement through focus group discussions, one-on-one connect sessions, engagement surveys, and action plan closures to elevate overall employee experience. The role oversees the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, redeployment, and exit governance, while ensuring complete compliance with statutory requirements, information security guidelines, and internal audit standards. Further, the professional will track and publish comprehensive HR MIS reports and dashboards covering headcount, joiners, separations, attrition, and ER metrics, represent HR in internal governance forums, proactively highlight people risks with resolution plans during client reviews, and demonstrate strong proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
