Job Description
Dmartindia is hiring Location HR Officers to manage end-to-end HR operations at assigned locations and act as the single point of contact for employees and location management. The role requires hands-on experience in managing both on-roll and off-roll employees, preferably within warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned location.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and location management.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, and exits.
Handle recruitment and manpower requirements for the location.
Manage attendance, leave, shift, and workforce-related records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of employee data.
Manage HR operations for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR trackers.
Coordinate with operations and location teams to address manpower and HR requirements.
Support statutory compliance and ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes.
Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives at the location.
Prepare HR MIS and workforce reports as required.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and relevant stakeholders for off-roll workforce management.
Support HR audits, inspections, and other compliance-related activities.
Ensure smooth implementation of corporate HR processes at the location.
