About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring across Aerospace, Defence, Electrical & Electronics Communication, and Semiconductor domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record in engineering and technology recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Aerospace, Defence, Semiconductor, and Engineering domains.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking channels, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche engineering and technology skill sets.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
• Provide regular market intelligence and talent mapping insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across Aerospace, Defence, Electrical & Electronics Communication, or Semiconductor domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience hiring for Embedded Systems, FPGA, VLSI, ASIC, Hardware Design, RF Engineering, Electronics, Avionics, and Product Engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technology talent landscapes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
