• Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance

• Support performance management, training, and employee development
• Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture
Requirements:
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a dynamic work environment
