Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
ā¢ Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
ā¢ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
ā¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
ā¢ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
ā¢ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
ā¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
ā¢ Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
ā¢ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
ā¢ 1ā5 years of experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
ā¢ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
ā¢ Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
ā¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 2ā4 Years
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
ā¢ Source candidates through major US job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
ā¢ Screen and evaluate technical profiles based on client requirements.
ā¢ Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
ā¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
ā¢ Ensure timely hiring closures and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
ā¢ 2ā4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
ā¢ Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
ā¢ Strong sourcing experience using US job boards and LinkedIn.
ā¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Willingness to work in night shifts.
