Contact Person: Sanjeet Upadhyay. PVR INOX is hiring an HR Executive for its Bengaluru location. Entertainment. Employee Size: 10,001+ employees. The role requires 1ā4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for theatre and corporate positions, sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and field recruitment, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing offer rollouts, onboarding, recruitment MIS, and ensuring timely closure of open positions. The role also includes payroll coordination, attendance management, maintaining employee records, updating HRMS, supporting statutory compliance and HR operations, organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, grievance handling, HR communication, induction programs, and employee retention initiatives. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment and HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance management, proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is required.
