The IT Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT roles, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. This role requires good understanding of IT technologies, strong communication skills, and ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media, screening resumes and assessing candidates’ technical knowledge and experience, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment data using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools, and building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
