Indusion Consulting is a specialized HR advisory and talent solutions firm helping organizations in India and globally build high-performing teams, scale operations, and optimize talent strategies. The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for a high-growth NBFC, driving hiring strategy, stakeholder management, capability building, campus programs, process excellence, automation, and employer branding. This is a leadership role within the HR team, reporting to the CHRO, responsible for shaping the hiring engine, influencing senior stakeholders, and scaling recruitment operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth goals, Lead large-scale and high-impact hiring mandates, Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions, Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives, Develop campus hiring programs and drive process excellence and automation in TA operations, Mentor and build high-performing TA teams. Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong leadership track record, Proven ability to manage strategic, large-scale hiring projects, Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, Deep experience in the Financial Services sector and TA leadership.
