Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions, Conduct interviews via phone or in person, Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interview feedback, Serve as the primary contact for candidate queries during the hiring process, Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.
