Rebel Foods, the world's largest internet restaurant company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech roles at their Mumbai office. With a presence in India, UAE and UK across close to 50 brands and 4500 plus internet restaurants, Rebel Foods is disrupting the 500-year-old food and beverage industry with technology at its core. The role involves owning end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Product. The candidate will partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define job requirements, develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking, screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, drive stakeholder alignment and provide regular hiring updates, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion rates, ensure offer closure and negotiation with candidates, and stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Experience working in product companies, startups, or fast-paced environments is essential.
