We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition at Zyoin, Hyderabad. We are looking for someone who can own a number, build a team, and deliver consistently. The role involves owning end-to-end delivery for key accounts, managing and scaling a team of recruiters and Team Leads, driving closures, SLAs, and client satisfaction, bringing structure, accountability, and performance rigor, and understanding the business side including revenue, margins, and productivity. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency hiring and staffing, have already managed teams and targets, be able to handle pressure, numbers, and demanding clients, know how to hire fast without compromising quality, and have exposure to tech hiring which is a strong plus. This role is for individuals who prefer ownership over comfort, impact over routine, and want to grow into leadership roles quickly.
